‘Balance Your Energy’ Oracle Cards are designed to provide guidance in identifying what your body needs at that moment.

The deck contains 39 different cards with each one focusing on a different channel to recharge your energy.

How you decide to interpret the meaning of the card comes down to your own individual understanding.

There are various ways in which you can use the deck. The first approach is to randomly select a card each day or each week. Another way is to shuffle the cards and randomly select a card that you are most attracted to.

My preferred method is to place the 39 cards in a pile and turn each card, placing one on top of the other. If you feel attracted to the card, either positive or negative, put it to the side. If you feel no emotional connection to the card, leave it in a pile. Once you have gone through the deck and selected the cards that you are connected to, spread these cards out so you can see each one of them. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and allow your body to relax. When you open your eyes, select the top 1 to 3 cards that you feel most attracted to. When you have these. you can turn to the meaning of the cards to gain more understanding.

The box includes 39 cards  (approx. 120 x 90 mm each) and a booklet.
