These cards were developed over several years and many journals! I used the journals to note down my dark days, the days where I didn’t have the strength and willpower to keep going. After reflecting on my journey, I thought I would create my own cards just for myself to appreciate the tools that I had used during the hard times and to have something that I could continue using on a daily basis.
Balance your energy oracle cards were designed to show many ways we can incorporate mindfulness and self-care into our daily routine.
A step forward- Affirmations from another perspective were words of encouragement and thoughts that I had to keep taking one step in front of the other.
I want to share my work with others to provide the tools that have helped me along the way on my journey. Hope you enjoy them too.
