Small group of talented students and our jewellery master Reineke spent wonderful time creating unique pieces of silver jewellery. It was such a magical thing to see how a simple sketch transformed into beautiful silver jewellery pieces.
The workshop started with a play-doh session (and the best barista coffee and muffin) to get creative and work out a design. Always nice to see that play-doh brings back good memories to everyone 😄
During the workshop 2 pairs of earrings and 2 pendants were made.
The jewellery pieces were nearly ready to be fired. After session Reineke drilled some holes in the pieces, fired in the kiln at 900C and then polished them. This week the finished pieces will be posted to the creators.
