A beautifully hand‑knitted beanie crafted from Wild Indian Silk, skillfully made by local artist Carmen Tyrer. This charming piece is a cozy way to add a pop of colour and texture to your winter outfits. Each design is one‑of‑a‑kind- no two pieces are ever the same.
Wild Indian Silk is harvested from the Forests of India and the cocoon size grows close to 8cm long and 3cm at its widest. The silk is brownish/grey in colour and produces thicker silk fibres, it is then spun into yarn and dyed.
Care instructions
Cold wash only. Use a gentle wool or delicate cycle, or hand wash in cold water. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not wring or twist. Wash separately. Dry flat. Slow drying.
