Winds and tides have sculpted the meeting of sand and sea, shaping a remarkable profile. Curving sandbars and shallow channels form the outline of a face, as if nature itself has sketched a quiet portrait along the water’s edge — a striking piece of natural artwork created by the meeting of land and sea. Images are printed on archival fine art heavy weight paper stock.
I choose to have my images printed on archival Fine Art Smooth Pearl 270 GSM paper. I really like the heavier weight paper. When you look at the surface of this stock it is slightly textured, a little finer than water colour paper. Being ‘pearl’ paper in the right light and angle you can see its slight shimmer. This is not always visible once it is in a frame.
