Bernadette loves to paint in an abstract style, using acrylic paints.
Painted in acrylics this abstract floral is a baby sister to an 180cm x 70cm I painted for my daughter which hangs above an oversized sofa in her living room .
The vibrancy of the pinks and lilac makes it quite a statement piece influenced by the colours of hydrangeas with a similar shape to peonies , with midnight blue background paling to soft aqua and blue with shadows of more flowers in the backdrop .
