I have been carrying out a professional art practice since graduating from Curtin University in 2002 with a Fine Arts degree. I have attended many workshops on printmaking, painting, new applications of media, challenging my artistic abilities at all times. I worked towards the City of South Perth Art Awards (Acquisitive) the year following my graduation and won the award. That spurred me on towards my first solo Exhibition in 2004. I had 25 works on show, both large and small and sold 15 works. Thirty percent of sales proceeds went to Princess Margaret Hospital. Since then I have had many commissions, entered more than 20 group exhibitions, won two art prizes (city of South Perth and Town of Cambridge); have had four solo exhibitions; had my own booth within a large exhibition twice; and had two joint overseas exhibitions with a Canadian Artist. I am planning another solo exhibition at the end of 2018. My work is in public collections of the City of South Perth, Town of Cambridge, Trinity College and Princess Margaret Hospital.
