Tess Kauffman (TeeKay) is a self taught artist residing in Fremantle, West Australia. She creates unique and original designs using inspiration from street art, minority cultures, abstract realism and pop culture as well as her own life experiences. She experiments with pencil, pastel, charcoal, watercolour and oil paint using expressive or abstract colour palettes. TeeKay artworks are striking, energetic and evocative with a focus on human and animal imagery. Each piece is created with thoughtful intention and a little bit of information about this is included with each artwork.
TeeKay prints are on locally sourced, high quality archival paper. TeeKay products are currently available in Common Ground Collective Fremantle, Fremantle Artisan Store and UnchARTed Collective Mount Lawley. Tess has exhibited her artworks in several group exhibitions and aims to have her first solo exhibit by the end of 2017.
