Susan Savage

Susan lived an idyllic childhood in Margaret River, making most of the forests & beaches. These early experiences have had a major influence on her respect and love of the environment plus its wildlife. The family moved to Perth and as a teenager Susan completed an Arts Diploma at James Street Arts School.

Now living in Ravenswood and a newly built studio she can concentrate on ceramic sculptures plus painting. Susan has achieved a great deal of satisfaction as a wildlife carer and using her creative skills has where possible, donated drawings and sculptures, to raise funds for wildlife preservation. The love of the bush and the Jarrah Forest animals are regularly represented in Susan’s work both in a humorous and serious manner.
