Inspired by nature, I am passionate about the health benefits of teas and tisanes and promoting a healthy lifestyle for overall wellness for the mind, body and soul. My name is Bree and I am excited to share my evolving tea collection with you. Hand-blended with premium and certified loose leaf ingredients in Perth, Western Australia, my blends are all 100% natural and additive free (no natural flavouring, just dried leaves, roots and/or blossoms). I am a student studying my Bachelor in Naturopathy with a keen interest in herbal alternative medicine. My journey into tea blending began when I was experiencing mild anxiety and started researching alternative options and came across passionflower which I had in my garden. After many different recipes over two years, I was finally 100% in love with a blend that is now known as my ‘Calming Tea’, my signature blend.
