Maggie Adams Jewellery

My fascination with jewellery began while completing a Bachelor of Applied Arts, where I first discovered the art of wax carving.
Drawing inspiration from the natural world, my designs aim to capture the sense of wonder found in a quiet pause. These moments of awe are translated into organic forms crafted from gold, silver, and bronze. I believe each piece eventually finds its own story through the person who wears it, hopefully serving as a grounding reminder of what matters most. I love how jewellery can capture moments and serve as a memento. I am fascinated by how a single piece can transport the wearer to a specific person, place, or memory, transforming adornment into something more sacred.
Having developed my craft against the backdrop of Aotearoa, I am now evolving my practice in Australia. My current work is influenced by the raw beauty of these extreme landscapes and is proudly produced across both shores.
