I was born in Litomysl, Czech Republic in 1977 surrounded by art and visually inspirational places which formed me as an artist.
After completng my studies I worked for nearly a decade as a restorer of old paintings in many UNESCO recognised places in the Czech Republic – for instance at the Prague Castle. I had a great opportunity to work and learn from the best professionals in the field. Next to this I have worked on some individual projects. I was commissioned by a renowned cosmetic company Loreal to create a copy of a realistic- illusive fresco. The original is called MASSQUERADE HALL and can be found in the castle of Cesky Krumlov.
Another interesting project was to design and produce a wall-painting for The Museum of Romani Culture recreating an old masters ‘technique used in renaissance. I also had a chance to use an old technique Sgrafito to create images of contemporary illustrations.
My original art work is a journey that leads me through different styles (including illustrations, paint on canvas, chalk on pavements,) and I like to experiment with different techniques and it’s in twining.
