Felicity Peters is a full time designer/maker based in Perth. Her practice consists of exhibition pieces/one off items/ production ranges and commissions for corporate and private market.
Felicity has won a number of national awards, and in 2009 she was the recipient of A Creative Development Fellowship awarded by the Government of Western Australia. To date she is the only jeweller with this honour. In 2014 Felicity was a finalist in the National Contemporary Jewellery award, as well as being awarded a major WA government grant to develop a range of vessels and jewellery. Felicity regularly takes part in national and international exhibitions, has won numerous awards and is featured in over twenty six Australian and international jewellery books. Her
Work is in collections across Australia as well as overseas, including the National Gallery of Australia in Canberra, The Powerhouse museum in Sydney and the WA Art Gallery in Perth.
Felicity is passionate jeweller and a great supporter of the Crafts. Her work has a unique classical, sometimes quirky feel about it. She is not scared to use new materials and is continually developing her ideas as well as new skills.
