Amber Matheny

Amber Matheny resides in Busselton, WA but is originally from Snohomish, Washington (the other WA in
America). On a trip back home she finally ticked off a bucket list dream of hers taking pottery lessons. Amber’s passion for pottery was instant
and she wanted to learn more. Once back home she purchased a wheel, kiln, tools and began collecting glazes. Making bud vases, mugs and
bowls are her favourite things to throw on the wheel, but the glazing process is where her creative talents can be cut loose. The wait for the kiln
to cycle and cool is the hardest part! Creating unique and useful pieces is very rewarding and Amber enjoys every step of the process.
